✦ Use of Artwork

All artwork created by me is protected by copyright.My artwork may not be used to train, generate, or otherwise contribute to any AI or machine learning model. This applies regardless of whether personal or commercial usage rights have been purchased.If my artwork is used for AI purposes, your license to use the artwork will be terminated, and I reserve the right to refuse any future commissions.If you share my artwork publicly, please provide proper credit whenever possible. Accidental omissions are understandable, but repeated failure to credit my work after being notified (more than three instances) may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

✦ Revisions

Minor revisions are free, provided they are reasonable and do not significantly alter the original request.Up to 3 major revisions are included during the commission process. Any additional major revisions will incur a 5% fee per revision.Once you have approved a stage of the artwork, I cannot return to make changes to that stage.

✦ Turnaround and Deadlines

Commissions are completed alongside my full-time job and school commitments.While I always aim to complete commissions as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee strict deadlines, especially for projects needed within two weeks. If your commission has a specific deadline, please contact me before ordering to confirm whether I can accommodate it.

✦ Refund policy

I will provide updates during the sketch and coloring stages. These are the stages during which revisions may be requested.Once you have approved a stage, it will be considered final and I will continue with the commission.Please respond to updates within 48 hours. If I do not receive a response within that time, I will proceed to the next stage of the artwork.

✦ NDA and Public Posting

If you purchase an NDA or request that your commission remain private until a specific date, please note that work-in-progress (WIP) images may still be shared privately on my Patreon behind a paywall.If you would prefer that no previews or WIPs are shared anywhere, please let me know before the commission begins. We can discuss an arrangement that works for both of us.
